1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days after confirmation.
2. Domestic Shipping
Standard delivery: 5–7 business days, depending on your location.
Sale periods may extend delivery up to 15 business days.

At this time, we do not provide international shipping.

5. Order Tracking
A Tracking ID will be emailed once your order is dispatched. Track your order directly on our website.
Note: Please pay only the amount stated on your order invoice. Delivery riders are not authorized to collect any extra charges. If a rider requests more than the invoice amount, kindly refuse and report it to us immediately. Additionally, please do not accept parcels that are open or appear to be tampered with.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If items are missing or damaged, contact customer care with your order number and photos of the received products.
We will either replace the item or issue a voucher of equal value, subject to availability. If a replacement item is not in stock, we will issue a voucher of equal value to ensure you are compensated fairly.
7. Shipping Restrictions & Packaging
Please ensure the delivery address is correct; couriers will attempt delivery twice before returning the package.
Do not accept parcels if the packaging is tampered with or not in official Farah Stores-branded material.
