Exchange Policy

  • Exchange Period:
    Any article purchased online can be exchanged within 30 days of delivery, provided that:
    • The article is unused.
    • All original tags are intact.
    • The original invoice is presented.
  • Exchange Options:
    • Exchanges can be made or online.
    • For in-store exchanges of online orders, please bring the order confirmation email and invoice.
  • Exchange Charges:
    • There are no additional charges for the exchange process.
  • Processing Time:
    • Online exchanges typically take 7–10 business days to complete.
    • In-store exchanges can be done immediately at any outlet.
  • Price Difference Policy:
    • If the new item’s value is less than the original:
      • A credit voucher will be issued for the balance, valid only on the online store.
    • If the new item’s value is higher than the original:
      • The difference can be paid in cash at the time of delivery.
