Is an account necessary to shop?

No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating a Farah account helps you track orders, save details, and request exchanges easily.

How do I create an account?

Click on the account icon, enter your details, and register.

What if I forget my password?

Click on Forgot Password and follow the instructions to reset it.

Can I update my address later?

Yes, sign in, go to Addresses, and edit or add a new one.

Orders

How can I place an order?
  • Click on the ‘Shopping Bag’ icon and proceed to Checkout
  • Enter all your required contact, shipping and billing information.
  • Click on ‘Continue to Payment’ and select your preferred payment method.
  • Click on ‘Complete Order’ and check your email for an order confirmation email.

Can I order by phone?

Yes, call us at +92 308 8887224 or email at wecare@farahstores.com with the product SKU and details.

Can I pick up my online order from a store?

Not yet — this service is coming soon.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled before dispatch. Once shipped, our exchange policy applies.

Will adding an item to the cart reserve it?

No, items are only reserved once the order is confirmed.

What payment methods are available?

Cash on Delivery, Debit/Credit Cards (VISA/Master), Easypaisa, and JazzCash.

 Is it safe to use my card?

Yes, all transactions are secure and encrypted.

Can billing and shipping addresses be different?

Yes, you can add a different billing address while checking out.

What is the delivery time?

5–7 business days nationwide. During sales, it may take longer.
